Project Management / Owner Representation involves the planning, organization and management of resources to bring about the successful completion of a special repair, replacement or improvement. Sound management requires specialized resources and problem solving as construction work is inherently noisy, dirty, dangerous and intrusive. Unforeseen difficulties emanate from hidden conditions behind closed walls, bad weather, access restrictions, and the caliber of the construction labor force. We manage the integration of design, schedule, budget and construction work in order to achieve the best results.
