EMPLOYMENT

Goldin Management is currently seeking candiates for the position listed below. If you are interested in pursuing this position, submit your resume and cover letter with salary requirements via email.

Property Manager
Basic Duties:
  • Act as the primary interface and account manager with clients for a designated portfolio consisting of condo, co-op and rental buildings. Maintain positive relationships with the clients;
  • Conduct periodic site inspections;
  • Identify and resolve building issues;
  • Supervise building employees and independent contractors;
  • Coordinate repairs and capital improvement projects;
  • Provide emergency assistance 24-7;
  • Assure the financial health of buildings. Prepare or approve an annual budget for properties. Implement financial plan for buildings;
  • Make arrangements for necessary monthly payment increases and special assessments;
  • Attend client board meetings. These meetings are mostly held during evening hours;
  • Prepare and distribute notices, reports, and other correspondence as requested by the client’s board of representatives;
  • Answer clients’ questions on monthly financial reports;
  • Negotiate on behalf of building owners for services such as construction projects, repairs, maintenance contracts, and special projects;
  • Manage improvement projects such as roof replacements, elevator modernizations, and lobby restorations; and
  • Work closely with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other staff. 
Qualifications:
  • Property management or other relevant experience;
  • Undergraduate degree;
  • Team player able to contribute within group settings;
  • Strong oral communication and writing skills;
  • Professional work ethic and appearance; and
  • A leader who takes ownership of work tasks.
