QUESTIONNAIRES
Questionnaires are requested by appraisers and banks so that they may conduct due diligence and analysis prior to issuing a mortgage. You may review the purchase process overview for additional background information.
Goldin Management maintains up to date records on all relevant building information. We are therefore able to process any building information questionnaire in an expedited and accurate fashion. Within a business day from receiving the form and processing fee, our clients have the finished questionnaire in their hands.

Please issue all checks payable to Goldin Management, Inc. See our rates and fees web page for our questionnaire processing charges. We commence processing questionnaires upon recepit of the fee.
Questionnaires and checks may be mailed to us. Credit card information should be submitted by phone or in person.
