OUR RATES AND FEES
From time to time, additional services above and beyond our basic property management duties are required by a landlord, condo, co-op or unit owner. Goldin Management is a full service real estate company, eager and prepared to provide many additional services. Our basic property management fees and additional service fees are highly competitive, as is the quality of our service. Our rates are favorable when compared apples to apples with other full service real estate companies.
Certain buildings have special procedures that impact our standard fees for processing sale and sublet applications. If your building uses applications listed under our Modified Sale and Sublet Application category on the sale or sublet application web page, carefully review your building's modified application to identify the applicable fees.
All payments must be submitted by a check or credit card payable to Goldin Management, Inc. Please do not send any credit card information by email or facsimile.
