ONLINE PAYMENTS
Goldin Management has retained DuesPayment to process online payments for your building. Through this service you are be able to pay your monthly charges online with eChecks and, if requested by your building, over the phone by credit card.

Getting Started with eChecks eChecks are easy, convenient, and FREE. Get started now! To begin, complete the following steps:
1. Gather the following information from your monthly statement and one of your checks: Monthly Statement: Resident ID and Building Name (see statement sample below); and Check: Routing # (9 digit number) and Your Bank Account # (see check sample below). 2. Access the DuesPayment web page set up for Goldin Management; 3. Click on the First Time User option. 4. Enter your building name or address, then select "Search Properties"; 5. Confirm the building name presented in the search result is correct; and 6. Fill out your personal details and create your DuesPayment account.
Using eChecks Once validated, you are ready to use DuesPayment's eCheck service. You may then select your payment options. You may now: • Set up a one time payment or recurring payments depending on your preference and convenience; • Set up payments by texting. eChecks can be authorized by any phone that receives text messages. Simply select the DuesBy Text feature to setup. Payment of your monthly charges can be as easy as receiving a text message and replying with the word "Pay" and the amount. You will not even need the internet to stay connected, just a phone signal. It can't get much easier than that; and • Use an iPhone application to pay your monthly charges.Pay your monthly charges by eCheck with an iphone app. Download the DuesPayment Mobile app for free at the ITunes app store. Pay from anywhere in the world!

Follow the prompts to make a payment with one of DuesPayment's client care representatives. Or, if you already have a card on file, use the automated pay-by-phone system.
There is a fee which you will incur for all payments made by credit card payments. An additional fee will be assessed for credit card payments made to a live DuesPayment Customer Service Representative.
Note, not all of our buildings have elected to accept credit cards at this time.
